At Jackusu, we occasionally offer selected home products as pre-orders. A pre-order allows customers to reserve an item before it becomes available for regular shipping.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently available for immediate shipment and agree to wait until the product becomes available.

Products listed as pre-order are items that are:

  • Currently being prepared for inventory

  • In production

  • Awaiting shipment from our suppliers

  • Reserved for customers before general availability

Each pre-order product page will include an estimated shipping timeframe or expected availability date whenever possible.

Ordering Pre-Order Items

When you place a pre-order:

  2. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

  3. Your order is reserved for fulfillment once the product becomes available.

  4. You will receive confirmation and shipping updates by email.

Shipping of Pre-Order Products

Once your item has shipped:

If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products:

  • We may ship available items separately.

  • Pre-order items will ship once they become available.
